A little bit about me...
Sol Cruz began her real estate journey with a hands-on education, flipping a home alongside her father—an experience that ignited a lifelong passion for property potential and investment strategy. Before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2018, Sol built a diverse professional foundation in high-stakes customer service roles within the retail, medical, and corporate sectors. Most notably, she spent years working within a real estate law firm as a settlement agent, a role she continues to consult in today. This specialized background provides her clients with a distinct advantage, as she possesses a deep, technical understanding of contracts, title work, and the legal intricacies of the closing process. As a dedicated member of the Hispanic Division, Sol is fully bilingual, utilizing her skills to ensure that Spanish-speaking families navigate every milestone of the buying and selling process with absolute clarity and protection.
Sol’s professional philosophy is centered on the belief that a Realtor’s role is to educate and advocate rather than simply chase a commission. She is a seasoned problem-solver, known for successfully navigating complex "double closings" and high-pressure negotiations with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. This discipline is a reflection of her personal life, where she actively practices jiu-jitsu and remains deeply involved in her faith through church and mission work. As a proud mother of two, Sol is motivated by the desire to build a lasting legacy, particularly for first-time homebuyers who once believed homeownership was out of reach. By combining her legal expertise with a heart for service and a relentless work ethic, Sol ensures that every client she serves is empowered to make confident, life-changing decisions for their future
