A little bit about me...
Scarlet Owens brings a unique blend of heart, experience, and service to her real estate practice. She began her real estate career part-time while working as an educator, initially as a way to supplement her income and build long-term stability for her family as a single mother of five. Over the past seven years, real estate has grown into a meaningful career that has allowed her to create lasting memories and provide essential opportunities for those she loves.
With 26 years of experience in education—as a teacher leader, mentor, Assistant Principal, and Principal—Scarlet is deeply skilled in communication, organization, and problem-solving. Her background has shaped her passion for educating others, guiding clients with clarity, and managing transactions with precision to ensure smooth and timely closings. She is known for her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and for helping clients pursue goals they may not have believed were possible.
Scarlet approaches real estate as both a relationship-driven and service-oriented profession. She values integrity, consistency, and trust, and is committed to meeting clients where they are while delivering honest guidance without overpromising. Even in challenging transactions, she maintains a high level of professionalism and advocacy, prioritizing her clients’ success above personal gain. Motivated by her children and a desire to build long-term financial security, Scarlet views real estate as both a calling and a pathway to empowerment. Her guiding philosophy is simple: educate, advocate, and treat every client with the same care and respect she would want for herself.
