Originally born in Bogotá, Colombia, and a resident of North Carolina since 2007, Maria Fernandez Hall brings a sophisticated, multi-faceted perspective to the R&B Legacy Group. With a bachelor’s degree in interior design and a former career as a Marketing Director for a commercial real estate firm, Maria possesses a rare blend of creative vision and "investment-first" strategic thinking. As the founding member of our Hispanic Division and an active member of the Land & Farm Division, she recognized early on the vital need for dedicated cultural advocacy within the industry. This realization led her to co-found Casa Hall with her husband. Beyond her work with clients, Maria serves in a pivotal directorship role within our brokerage, where she helps shape the standards of excellence and professional integrity that define our firm.
