A little bit about me...
Kim’s transition into real estate is the natural evolution of a fifteen-year career in education. Having taught students ranging from kindergarten to middle school, she has mastered the art of "calming the storm" and breaking down complex processes into manageable, stress-free steps. As a key member of our Land & Farm Division, Kim uses this instructional expertise to ensure her clients are thoroughly educated and empowered when navigating the unique technicalities of rural acreage and residential investments. Her tenacity is a hallmark of her character; she brings a relentless "never-quit" drive to every transaction, serving as a dedicated facilitator who ensures her clients reach the finish line with total confidence.
Beyond her work in the classroom and real estate, Kim is a certified fitness professional and the founder of a specialized coaching business—roles that have sharpened her ability to listen intently and help others achieve their personal best. She approaches every deal with a collaborative, "team player" heart, treating every client with the same integrity and compassion she would offer a member of her own family. Outside of work, Kim recharges by hiking state parks or planning her next national park adventure, finding that the clarity of the outdoors helps her better serve her clients' needs. By combining her background in education with a "boots-on-the-ground" passion for North Carolina land, Kim builds lasting relationships rooted in trust, advocacy, and a shared vision for the future.
