A little bit about me...
A native of Mount Airy, Eli Freeman has spent his entire life in North Carolina and has been serving the Triad real estate market for several years. Before transitioning into real estate, Eli built a strong foundation in the retail and service industries, where he developed a "people-first" philosophy and a talent for high-level customer care. His expertise extends beyond standard residential sales; Eli has significant experience in the acquisition of land and the development and building of new homes. This "ground-up" knowledge of the construction process allows him to offer his clients unique insights into property value, structural integrity, and the potential for custom builds, making him an invaluable resource for both buyers and investors.
Eli is known for his "above and beyond" work ethic, priding himself on being a constant and reliable advocate for his clients throughout the entire transaction. Now a dedicated family man, Eli balances his busy real estate career with his roles as a husband and a father to two children. A man of many talents, he is a gifted musician who plays the guitar, piano, ukulele, and mandolin. When he isn’t at the closing table, Eli and his family—along with their two dogs—love taking trips to the North Carolina mountains to recharge. By combining his background in service with his practical experience in land development, Eli provides a sophisticated and comprehensive level of guidance that ensures his clients achieve their homeownership dreams with confidence.
