A little bit about me...
Christina Hoosier’s professional identity is defined by a deep-seated servant’s heart and a lifelong commitment to community impact. Having spent several years as a missionary in India and Sri Lanka at a young age, Christina developed an early foundation in cross-cultural communication and service to others. This mission-driven mindset followed her into her professional career, where she spent five years in restaurant management and over a decade in property management. These high-pressure roles honed her ability to manage complex operations and navigate the nuances of housing, making her a formidable advocate for her clients. Inspired by the life-changing experience of purchasing her own first home, Christina specializes in guiding families through the "emotional roller coaster" of real estate, turning what can be a stressful process into a journey marked by education, patience, and absolute confidence.
Christina’s business philosophy is rooted in the Golden Rule: treating every client with the same level of care, honesty, and transparency she would expect for herself. She is a tenacious problem-solver, known for her "never give up" attitude—a trait she recently demonstrated by navigating a high-stakes closing through unprecedented underwriting and deed hurdles to ensure her clients reached the finish line. Outside of real estate, Christina is deeply involved in her faith and local community, serving in children’s ministry and leading a weekly community group with her husband. Whether she is homeschooling her daughter, enjoying a houseful of kids and family, or researching the latest market trends, Christina stays grounded by her values of fellowship and service. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves a place to call home, she remains a lifelong resource for her clients, advocating fiercely for their best interests at every turn.
