Kristen’s fascination with real estate began at the age of five, watching her family search for a home to fit their growing needs. That early spark evolved into a lifelong journey that has seen her navigate 17 moves across five states, giving her a master-level understanding of buying, selling, renting, and new construction. Married to a PGA Professional, Kristen has been an LPGA Golf Professional for 25 years, developing golf academies at private clubs and growing golf programs at a local private school, even caddying in major championships like the US Amateur, US Open and The Masters. This high-performance background taught her the art of "reading the course" and adapting to every unique situation. Her golf expertise ranging from the full spectrum of golf clubs infused with her relocation experience positions Kristen as a premiere agent that can help buyers find the right golf community to live in, or position sellers in golf communities to shine bright.  Now, as a key member of our Land & Farm Division, she fuses her deep personal experience as a "moving specialist" with her passion for coaching to help her clients navigate their own real estate adventures. Whether she is assisting a first-time buyer or a family managing a complex multi-state relocation, Kristen understands the emotional roller coaster of moving and prides herself on being a steady, expert guide through the entire process.
