Amy’s passion for real estate began with the purchase and renovation of her first distressed property over a decade ago, sparking a lifelong interest in property investment and development. Originally from Canada and a dual citizen of the U.S., Amy’s journey led her to Boston for college, where she met her husband, Todd. After pursuing graduate degrees and working in real estate development, they moved to the Winston-Salem area in 2014 to launch a successful local staffing agency. Amy served as Vice President of the firm, overseeing client relations and employee training until its successful sale in 2019. This leadership experience, combined with her Master’s degree in Voice Performance, has equipped her with a sophisticated business mind, elite communication skills, and the "stage presence" necessary to excel in high-stakes negotiations.

Despite her busy career, Amy remains deeply rooted in her family life; she is a dedicated "hockey mom" to twin boys and a "dance mom" to her daughter, and she regularly serves her local church as a worship leader.
